Presentation is everything.  In today's market potential buyers start their search for a home on the internet.  Photos & home staging is key.  I offer professional photos & staging with all my listings.
 
Traditional marketing is still very important.  As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Your home will also be marketed on several Websites. For those that still like to view homes in the 'old format' your property will be also included in RealtyLink in print format. I also send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

Pricing Your Home
 
If you think the market is changing - You're right.  In today's changing market professional advice and strong negotiation is key. 
 
When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
