Traditional marketing is still very important.  As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Your home will also be marketed on several Websites including You-Tube. For those that still like to view homes in the 'old format' your property will be also included in RealtyLink in print format. I also send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers. At any given time I may have buyers looking to buy in your exact area. I have ALL the tools to meet the demands of a highly competitive, modern market.
