About me

Selling real estate is what I love to do.  I have been finding and selling homes for my clients since 2004. I love the Tri-cities area. Most of my free time is spent hiking the local trails with my two dogs that require regular exercise or they revolt! I also love to travel, and enjoy doing anything outdoors. Having been a two time Ironman Canada Triathlon finisher in my life, I have learned the dedication it takes to do achieve what others think is impossible!

I am local.  I have been a REALTOR in Port Coquitlam for many years. I was born in Haney (Maple Ridge), and raised in Port Coquitlam.  (Yes, I still live here).  I know the neighbourhoods, the schools, the recreation, and everything in the communities. I have recently moved within the area and I am VERY familiar with what you will be going through!

My goal as a REALTOR is to provide my clients with excellent service.  I want to do such a good job for you that for years you will still find it remarkable how we negotiated through all the pitfalls to get exactly what you wanted. I want you to be able to proudly tell your family and friends how well it went.

I have an outstanding reputation amongst other REALTORS. This can be critical in getting you exactly what you want. I know the market value of different locations, and I am very good at, and on top of, reading market changes.  I excel at listening, negotiating, and communicating with people.

I donate a portion of ALL sales - whether buying or selling - to the Children's Miracle Network. And I do it in your name. It is a considerable amount each year, and I am proud I do it.

I enjoy giving back to our community. It is my home too.  I volunteer for Hawthorne Lodge to help the local community in their senior years. I also have a passion for team sports, and I often volunteer in local events.  I was very proud to be a 'Blue Jacket' at the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver.  I have also helped out with a 'Bikes 4 Kids' campaign in the Tri-cities.  We gathered used gently used bikes, and passed them on to local kids.  I have been a Sun Run clinic leader in both Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows and recently spent a fantastic day volunteering with the Diez Vista 50k trail run. I volunteer and donate year round to a variety of causes, and I am proud that I do.

Having grown up in the Tri-cities I have an in depth knowledge of this area that is vital when working with clients.  I truly enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping people buy or sell a home.  My expert perspective on the local market will help you make sound decisions.

I strive for balance in my life.  To achieve this it's important to spend time with family and friends.  I believe in continual growth.  Both personally, and professionally.  I am disciplined and train hard for sports, and to enhance my skills as a real estate professional.
