BiographyI love the outdoors. This year I'm training for the Penticton Ironman Canada triathlon. These days I spend most of my free time either on the local trails, or riding my bike anywhere from Poco to Chilliwack.
I am lifer. Born in Haney. Grew up in Poco (Yes, I still live here). I'm a huge fan of the tri-cities. We are so lucky to have the Mountains, lakes & rivers in our backyard.
I've been in Real Estate since 2004 and have sold hundreds of homes locally. My goal is to work by referral as much as possible so that I can spend my time working with my clients (and their friends) instead of focusing on finding business. I realize that word of mouth is very valuable and I do my best to make your real estate transaction run as smoothly as possible so that you'll be happy to refer me to others.
Community
I donate a portion of all sales - whether buying or selling - to the Children's Miracle Network.
I enjoy giving back to our community. I have a passion for sports, and love the outdoors. I often volunteer (or race) in local runs. I was very proud to be a 'Blue Jacket' while volunteering at the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver.
Having grown up in the tri-cities I have a knowledge of this area that is vital when working with clients. I truly enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping people buy or sell a home. My expert perspective on the local market will help you make sound decisions.
BalanceI strive for balance in my life. To achieve this it's important to spend time with family and friends. I believe in continual growth. Both personally, and professionally. I am disciplined and train hard for sports, and to enhance my skills as a real estate professional.Goals & SuccessThere is simply no limit to what we can do. In that same spirit, I find great satisfaction in helping others achieve their own goals.I offer my clients a mix of honest, down to earth guidance, professional service, and a thorough knowledge of the local market. |
